Rachel Ellery is a UK-trained osteopath, international anatomy educator, and founder of The Anatomy School. With over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience, she blends Eastern and Western approaches to movement, recovery, and pain-free living.

For more than two decades, Rachel has treated and educated thousands of patients and students worldwide. She specializes in making complex body mechanics clear and practical for movement professionals through her successful online anatomy education platform.

A lifelong bodyworker, healer, and movement enthusiast, Rachel brings deep expertise in osteopathy, Pilates, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness. She created the Padel Wellness Program for players who love the game but feel held back by stiffness, pain, or recurring injuries.
